Freight Agency were contacted by a network partner in the Middle East to help them with an urgent consignment over the Christmas period. The cargo consisted of 38 bags of personal effects weighing nearly a tonne, for onward delivery to a very exclusive London hotel on behalf of a serving member of the origin country’s Royal family.

This operation involved detailed communication between Freight Agency and our overseas partner along with regular updates being provided to the final receiver in London.

Despite the many challenges due to the timing, current logistical issues, and the high expectations of the client, Freight Agency were able to arrange the customs clearance at Heathrow and on-time delivery to the satisfaction of the Royal party.
