Our Team recently co-ordinated the shipment of a Wind Turbine Power Plant from the United Kingdom to Nigeria. Delivered into Tilbury, the cargo totalled 443 cubic metres and weighed 140 tons. With the heaviest item weighing in at 45 tons and other pieces to be loaded it required a specialist team to load on to 5 MAFI trailers with the remainder loaded into 5 x 40’HC. A further 1 x 20’ Open Top Container shipping some associated hazardous cargo.

With the exception of the hazardous container the cargo was loaded on board MV Grande Dakar which will arrive in Lagos, Nigeria during the first week of April.
